Who doesn't love chicken wings? You can season them almost any way you like and there are so many possibilities with making them. This recipe is one popular possibility and I encourage you to try making other flavors of wings as well as these two. The only downside to wings is that they get eaten up faster than you can cook them!
Ingredients:
For the Buffalo Wings:
-3 tbs. margarine or butter (melted)
-2 lbs. chicken drumettes or chicken wings
-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- half of a 12 oz. bottle hot wing sauce
-1 tsp. Lawry's Garlic Salt with Parsley
-1/4 tsp. black pepper
-1 tsp. onion powder
-1 tsp. garlic powder
For Old Bay Wings:
-3 tbs. margarine and butter
-2 lbs. chicken drumettes and wings with the tips cut off
-1 tbs. Old Bay seasoning
-1 tbs. hot sauce
-1 tbs. lemon juice
-1 tsp. garlic powder
-1 tsp. onion powder
-1 tsp. Lawry's Garlic Salt with Parsley
Steps:
Season chicken with all dry seasonings. In a large bowl, mix melted margarine with all the sauce ingredients.
Toss and mix the wings in half of the sauce before placing on a baking pan. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the wings from the oven. With the buffalo wings, add the rest of the sauce before doing the next step. If you're making old bay wings, shake some old bay seasoning on the chicken before the next step.
Return the chicken to the oven and bake on BROIL for 7 minutes. Enjoy!
